Change or cancel an order
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number when you want to change or cancel an order. You will not be able to change or cancel an order if your purchase has been packed or is being shipped. To check the status of your order, you can log in to your talkimate account or email us.
Once a package leaves the warehouse, we can no longer change the address.
When a package could not be delivered, : occasionally, it will be returned to us. Please contact us when the carrier returns the undelivered package to Talkimate. We can re-send it to you again with the provided instructions. You will be charged for the fees incur during resending.
Return within 30 days of purchase
You may return your product for a refund for up to 30 days from receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, your Product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product has to be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories. The accessories have to be in the same conditions as when you received them.
Follow these steps for a return of a Product within 30 days of purchase:
1. To return a Talkimate Product you MUST have an RMA number. Please visit http://www.talkimate.com to contact our Support team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will not be damaged. Be sure to include the RMA number and shipping label in the packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Once the Product is received and verified by Talkimate Customer Support, you will receive a confirmation email. Refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
The following items are not subject to this Return Policy:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• The optional headset and other accessories are not warranted
